Black eight billiards, is a kind of sport, originated in China, also called black eight billiards, also called American Pool (8 balls), English is: POOL EIGHT BALL. Standard Rules STANDARD RULES Definition: Freedom to hit the ball 1. When one party commits a foul, the other party can place the cue ball anywhere on the table and start hitting the ball. 2. A free kick on the line means that when the kick-off party fouls, the party who won the free kick can only place the cue ball arbitrarily behind the kick-off line, and can only hit any target ball between the open ball line and the top side.

1. Game method The 8-ball game uses the same cue ball (white) and a total of 15 target balls from 1 to 15. Balls 1 to 7 are full-color balls, No. 8 is black, and Nos. 9 to 15 are double-color balls (also Called the suit ball). The two sides of the game determine a ball (full color or suit) as their legal target ball according to the rules. After hitting all the target balls of their own side into eight bags according to the rules, the team that hits the number 8 ball into the bag wins the game . If one side accidentally hits the No. 8 ball into the pocket or knocks the No. 8 ball off the table in the middle of the game, the opponent wins the game.

The first ball in the first row is placed at the ‘placement point’, and the No. 8 ball is placed in the middle of the third row. The other goal balls are placed in full color and suit at random intervals, but they must be close to each other. Both sides of the game have the right to check whether the ball placement complies with the rules and request amendments.

4. Kick-off 1. The kick-off right of the first game is determined by both sides hitting two cue balls of the same specification to the bottom side at the same time after the kick-off line, and then they will stand still after hitting the bottom side. The side with the ball closer to the top edge gets the kick-off. If the hit ball does not touch the bottom edge or is pocketed, it is a foul and the opponent gets the kick-off right; if the ball of both sides is the same distance from the top edge, it cannot be determined or the two sides foul, the process will be repeated until one side gets the kick-off right. 2. The Organizing Committee of the competition may decide on multiple rounds before the game for both sides to take turns to kick-off or the winner to kick-off. 3.
